Grace attended Kisumu Primary School and later Kisumu High School, where she excelled academically and in extracurricular activities. She went on to study at the University of Nairobi, obtaining a degree in Social Work, a field where she became a passionate advocate for the underprivileged.
Grace is survived by three children: Samuel, Amina, and Joyce, who continue to carry forward her mission of community service and social impact.
Grace dedicated her life to community development and social justice. She worked for Kenya Red Cross and later co-founded Kisumu Hope Foundation, an NGO focused on providing education, healthcare, and emotional support to marginalized communities in Kisumu and surrounding areas. Her work touched the lives of thousands, offering hope and empowerment.
In her final years, Grace bravely battled chronic illness, maintaining her infectious positivity throughout. Her unwavering spirit was felt by everyone around her, and she passed away peacefully in the company of her loved ones.
